FIREARMS LICENCE RENEWALS
Keep an eye on your expiry date.
We suggest that applications for renewal be submitted at least 3 -4 months prior to expiry date.
A known FAL renewal was submitted November 2025 and remains outstanding as at July 2026.
The Commissioner of Police can grant a licence extension of up to 3 years in an attempt to cope with this backlog. Who knows how long this will take to be resolved. This is just one of many renewals.
